Extended Holiday Return Policy

Our standard policy is to accept Uk returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order Xmas gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.

Can I Return Gifts?

Certainly! We’ve extended our return policy for the holidays.

Items shipped between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 15 in the year following the order for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions (domestic orders only).

Returns

Relics in Rock has a ten-day return policy on all items (domestic orders only). These ten days begin when an order reaches its shipping destination. In addition, we guarantee your order against damage that may occur during the shipping process. If your package arrives damaged you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately so that we may begin a damage claim with the shipping carrier. You can get in touch with us by visiting the Contact Us page on this website. All returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.


To return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your shipment. We will give you an RA (Return Authorization) number. Please ensure that the assigned RA number is clearly marked on the outside of your shipping box. Please pack your return securely. We recommend you re-use the original packaging materials and that you insure the shipment for your protection. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipments will not be accepted if postage is not fully paid. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and recommend using a courier that can track your package with a tracking number. Items returned for credit must be in the same condition as they were when shipped. Subsequent to inspection, a refund can take up to 30 days. Relics in Rock cannot process refunds after 60 days of your original order, so please send returns as soon as the RA number is provided.

Exchanges

Exchanges are based on product availability. If your item is eligible for an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

International Customers

International Customers are subject to their respective country’s customs fees, including Country and/or Province taxes, duty fees based on the value of goods purchased, and Customs Brokerage Fees. Customs Fees assessed on purchased goods are based upon the laws of the respective country. Relics in Rock has no control over these charges. It is your responsibility to comply with these laws and to pay these fees if they are billed to you by your country or by UPS.

We will not accept any returns, and we will not refund any lost, refused or abandoned orders outside of the United Kingdom. We will, however, file a claim with Royal Mail and will refund applicable monies to you only when and if we receive payment from Royal Mail.
