Free UK Shipping & Handling

All orders are shipped from our facilities in Preston via Royal Mail tracked and insured via the most cost-effective method. If you require expedited delivery please contact us before placing your order for a quote on expected delivery time and additional costs, we can not guarantee that we will be able to provide this service but we will strive to accommodate your requests.

International Shipping

All orders paid with credit cards, debit cards and PayPal can be shipped to the registered card address via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

Tracking Your Order

If you have placed an order with us, you can check the current status of your order from the My Account page. Once your order has shipped you can view tracking information under the My Account page and selecting Track This Order.

Damage Or Loss

Please contact Customer Service to report either if damage or loss occurs. 

Damage Claims

We will contact the carrier and start a damage claim. Please keep the damaged item(s) as well as original packing materials. Damaged items will be reimbursed or replaced once the claim has been finalized (approximately 3 weeks).
