Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped from our facilities in Preston via Royal Mail tracked and insured via the most cost-effective method. If you require expedited delivery please contact us before placing your order for a quote on expected delivery time and additional costs, we can not guarantee that we will be able to provide this service but we will strive to accommodate your requests.

Shipping and Handling

All domestic orders are shipped from our facilities in Preston via Royal Mail or Parcelforce fully tracked and insured. We will ship same working day Mon-Fri, up until 3pm then next working day after 3pm, advising you of tracking details at the earliest opportunity.

Items under £50 are usually shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and take 1-2 working days, items over £50 are usually shipped via Royal Mail Guaranteed next day. Large or heavy items will be shipped via Parcelforce Worldwide Express24 -guaranteed next day.

All international orders will be shipped fully insured and tracked and/or signed for by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Delivery times can be variable due to local circumstances but typically Europe is 3-5 working days, US 5-7 working days and Japan/Australia 7-10 working days.

All orders paid with credit cards, debit cards and PayPal can be shipped to the registered card address via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

All orders will only be shipped to PayPal registered address, shipping to other addresses can be arranged but payment must be by bank transfer

Damage or Loss

All items are sent tracked and insured, delivery progress can be checked on the Royal Mail website. In the unlikely event that delivery is not made we will contact the carrier on your behalf to rectify the situation. Please note that Royal Mail will not accept any claims until the parcel has been delayed by 25 working days. e Or Loss

Please contact Customer Service to report either if damage or loss occurs. We will contact the carrier and start a damage claim. Please keep the damaged item(s) as well as original packing materials. Damaged items will be reimbursed or replaced once the claim has been finalized (approximately 3 weeks).
