Occasionally you may change your mind about your order, if so please contact us immediately by phone or email. If the item has not been dispatched we will cancel the order immediately, issuing a refund within 14 days if payment has been made with no further charges. If your order has already been paid for and despatched you can still cancel for a period of 14 days for UK customers by contacting us by phone or email, we will issue a returns authorisation (RA) number, please mark this clearly on the outside of the packing so we can identify it quickly and process your return. Overseas customers should contact us to discuss their options. Any items that are returned must be in the same condition as when sold and returned in suitable packing, tracked and insured at the customers cost. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%. Please pack your return securely. We recommend you re-use the original packaging materials and that you insure the shipment for your protection.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipments will not be accepted if postage is not fully paid. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and recommend using a courier that can track your package with a tracking number and provide insurance against loss or damage. Items returned for credit must be in the same condition as they were when shipped. Subsequent to inspection, a refund can take up to 14 days. Relics in Rock cannot process refunds if your return does not arrive within 14 days of us issuing a RA number, so please send returns as soon as possible with the RA number marked clearly on the outer packing.
